1 Overview
Applications in Veloopti are containers for your organisation. Applications are used to grant users permissions to nodes, dashboards, actions, policies and events to a group of users within your organisation. The Application view is found by selecting the Application menu item. It shows you a list of applications that you currently have permission to view.
2 Options
2.1 Global options
There are no global options available for the application view.
2.2 View options
There are two view options available for the application view.
30px Used to open the favorite selector.
Used to add a new application to the organisation.
2.3 Item options
There are six item option available for applications.
30px Adds a new node(s) to the organisation
30px Adds a new user(s) to the organisation
20px Used to add or remove a dashboard from the favourites
30px Renames the application
30px Used to change the owner of the application
30px Used to delete the application
2.4 Context options
There are no context options available for applications.
3 Filters panel
Adjusting the filters allows you to change the contents that is populated in the results pane.
3.1 Hiding the filters panel
The filters panel can be hidden moving the slider to the left hand side. Once it is hidden it can be revealed by moving the slider to the right.
3.2 Filtering by name
Type anything in the Name text box and press the enter key to apply. Click on either the X that is located in the name that is being filtered, or click on the CLEAR words to the top right of the name box.
3.3 Filtering by owner
Select a user from the owners drop down list box to apply. Click on the CLEAR words to the top right of the name box to clear the currently selected owner.
3.4 Filtering by favorite
Moving the favorites slider to the right to only see your favorite applications. Slide it back to the left to see all applications within the current filter.
