Update how the policy works
== Overview ==
The Port availability policy will connect to a remote port and determine whether ???there is a clear network path and the port is listening. The policy performs a TCP port connect with a SYN_SENT and waits for the SYN_ACK from the remote server. If a SYN_ACK response is received by the monitoring policy then this shows that the port is available and listening. This also shows that there is not a firewall in between them that is blocking network communications.
A policy is an instructions run on one or more of your monitored servers looking for an event that could lead to loss of, or disruption to, an organisation's operations, services or functions. Each policy is found in an application
