Your Veloopti User user account are contain the credentials that you use to access Veloopti. We don’t delete or disable your Veloopti user account after a certain period of time. Your account will always keep on working giving you access to Veloopti. You can use the same user account for all of Veloopti which means you don't need to create different accounts for different customers.. One account can give you access to any number of the Veloopti instancesorganisations.

# Accept an invitation sent to you from an already existing organisation.

Veloopti allows you to have multiple email addresses associated to your account. This allows you to have notifications sent to different email addresses for notificationsdifferent organisations. This allows you to separate your notification emails into work for multiple organisations and receive the notifications for a specific customer email account that you use for each organisationaddress. You are able to logon login with either your account primary email addresses or any one of your notification email addresses. If you logon login with your notification email address then you will be automatically logged on to the organisation that it is associated with.

As a user you can be a member of zero, one, or many organisations. Veloopti is not much use without being a member of an organisation so create one of your own if you find yourself in this positionwithout one. === Obtaining access to an organisation ===To join an already existing organisation you need to receive an invitation from the organisation. Once your email address has been sent an invitation you are able to accept it for access to the organisation. === Roles ===
