== Overview ==
[[Application|Applications]] in Veloopti are containers for your [[Organisation|organisation]]. Applications are used to grant permissions to a group of users permissions to nodes, dashboards, actions, policies and events within your organisation. Once you have added the servers and users to an application, simply assign roles to a group of the users within and let them do the rest. The application roles give your organisationusers permissions to do various things such as configuring and deploying monitoring, running actions on servers, viewing events and more. The Application view page is found by selecting the '''Application''' menu item. It shows you a list of applications that you currently have permission to view.
