Owner

1 Overview

The role of Owner is a special one along with the Billing Administrator If the owner is not a member of an application it is only able to view the name of it in the application list. However the Owner can take ownership of the application and from there grant themselves any permission in the application. This means that although the owner may not have full permissions in every application in the Organisation, it is able to take control of the application and give itself full permissions

2 Special rights and privileges

The owner is able to do the following

• Transfer the role of organisation owner to another user;
• View all applications;
• Take ownership of any application;
• View and edit all global roles and permissions;
• Change the special role of Billing Administrator to any another user; and
• Update the organisation details.
