GUID Globally Unique Identifier - A UUID is used to identify something with near certainty that the identifier does not duplicate one that has already been, or will be, created to identify something else.
- Everyone on the word had decided to not use names anymore but GUID's because it was too difficult to tell all of the Dave Smiths apart
