1 Overview
Your Veloopti User account are the credentials that you use to access Veloopti. One user account can access any number of organisations.
2 Creating an account
- Main article: Obtaining login credentials
There are two ways to join Veloopti.
- Use the [Get started free] button on the Veloopti website.
- Accept an invitation sent from an already existing organisation.
2.1 email addresses
Veloopti allows you to have multiple email addresses for notifications. This allows you to separate your notification emails into the email account that you use for each organisation. One unique email address may be used for each organisation.
3 Logging on
You are able to logon with either your account email addresses or any one of your notification email addresses. If you logon with your notification email address then you will be automatically logged on to the organisation that it is associated with.
3.1 Organisations
As a user you can be a member of zero, one, or many organisations. It's not that much fun without having an organisation to access so create one of your own if you find yourself in this position.
3.2 Obtaining access to an organisation
To join an already existing organisation you need to receive an invitation from the organisation. Once your email address has been sent an invitation you are able to accept it for access to the organisation.
